To return a product at
MC you'll need to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This can be done by
emailing our returns department at
RETURNS,
or by telephone.
NO returns of any type will be accepted
without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Nature of the problem
In general, Mushroom Patch accepts returns on
merchandise from purchaser within 30 days of SHIPMENT of that
order/item(s). However, Mushroom Patch reserves the right to
authorize product return beyond 30 days from the SHIPMENT date.
If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued
toward one of the following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND
-
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to
MC
on returned items, and
Mushroom
Patch
will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange
item(s).

Returns
within 30 days from receiving date can be exchanged, replaced,
refunded or credited at
MC
discretion unless an RMA is
assigned to the return. Please be aware that specific
manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
International Orders
Mushroom Patch is glad to ship to international destinations; however,
all international customers are responsible
for checking with their country’s import
authorities before placing an order. Your
country may have restrictions on the import
of mushroom products that would prohibit our
live items or supplements from being shipped
to your location.*
Once you have determined that your country will allow the import of our
products, you may place your order online,
or by phone. A current phone number is required for
all international shipments; please provide
a valid phone number with your order.
After you have placed your order, we will contact you with an accurate
shipping cost—the cost seen online may not
accurately reflect shipping costs, depending
on the size and weight of items ordered.
Your card will not be charged until accurate
costs have been calculated an approved.
Once we have contacted you with an accurate shipping cost, we will await
your reply before processing your order.
Orders will not be shipped until approval
has been received and payment has been made.
Mushroom Patch cannot calculate or estimate the costs of international
duties, taxes, or import fees. International
customers will be responsible for all
duties, taxes and import fees associated
with their shipment
*Mushroom Patch will not be responsible for foreign shipments
that are not permitted due to import
restrictions. It is the responsibility of
the customer to verify the acceptability of
those products that they wish to order prior
to placing an order with Mushroom Patch.
